Today officially marks day one of my effort to acheive these health goals:
- Lose 45lbs to acheive a “Normal Weight” body mass index of ~24.
- Become drastically more flexible to alleviate my back pain issue.
- Build stronger muscles in all areas, especially ab and back to help alleviate my back pain issue.
- Create a healthy habit of eating and exercise that is a high priority in my life to help ensure long happy life.
As of this morning I weigh 245 lbs. This is the most I’ve ever weighed.
My weekly exercise schedule consists of Monday - Friday 2 hours at the Proclub. There I will stretch, build muscle and do lots of cardio.
As for my diet, no sugar, no bad carbs, low carbs in general, lots of protein, lots of water, etc, etc.
My path is a 16-week one. If I can average 3 lbs / week I’d be very happy. I’ll continue to adapt to how my body behaves and what personal trainers recommend. I’ll keep everyone updated.
