Chicken Phad Thai Posted on November 15th
Elizebeth and I went to Thai Ginger last night at the Redmond Town Center. I must say, they make a tasty chicken Phad Thai! Mmmmmmm hmmmmm! I don’t have a wide sampling of different Thai restaurants, but Thai Ginger is my second favorite right now. My favorite, of course, is Thai Tom in the U-District. Wow it’s good!
Thai Ginger has some good memories for Elizebeth and I. When she was pregnant with Ava and desperately wanting to go into labor or midwife suggested eating spicy food (not sure if it was a joke or not). But we right away had some spicy goodness at Thai Ginger and shortly afterwards (the next day if memory serves) Elizebeth went into labor. As you may guess, she’s ready to pop Audrey out. :)

Congrats on the new baybeh! If you are looking for good Thai, Pen Thai in Bothell is amazing (it’s right off Main Street). Their menu is HUGE, and a very large vegetarian offering that is all excellent.
We’ve also gone to a new place down in Mill Creek a few times lately, it’s called Thai Bistro. It’s right next to the QFC on 164th.
