Batman Begins Posted on June 29th
Last Friday evening Elizebeth and I went to go see Batman Begins. We both agree, it totally kicks arse! By far, the best Batman movie. Now I’ve enjoyed all the Batman movies, though did notice that each one got steadily cheesier and just plain bad, but I’ve still been able to emmerse myself in that fun world. Batman Begins was truly a treat. I didn’t need to emmerse myself, it just took me in. It wasn’t cheesy, it had a great story that helps to explain a lot about the world of Gotham and it was really all about Batman. The other movies were mostly about the villains… Joker, Penguin, Catwoman, The Riddler, Two Face, Mr. Freeze, etc, etc. I like the bad guys, but I like Batman more. He’s just cool. There isn’t a man on the planet that has been exposed to Batman and hasn’t wanted to be him. Great movie! Go see it. I give it a 4.75.
